TERMS OF BUSINESS
The most any client will pay is £35 for a one hour session. If you are a student, unwaged, a pensioner or in receipt of state benefits or other reduced circumstances I will offer you a significant discount depending on your personal situation. I am committed to providing affordable accessible therapy so my fees are negotiable depending on your circumstances.
The first 30 minutes we spend together are free of charge, this gives us an opportunity to see if I am the right counsellor to meet your needs. It is important that you are confident about the decision you are making. I reserve the right not to accept you as a client and if that is the case I will refer you to another source of support. You can decide at any time not to come to further sessions.
I guarantee that what you say will be treated in confidence as set out in the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I will provide you with a full written copy of my terms at the end of our first session.
